My, my, what a country...

As usual, teasing my own country.
Chickens have went to school these days, and of course, in a national school, there are of course, subjects to be hated...
forget maths. it's the most difficult thing at school. let's talk about things where we should memorize...
yeah. we hate civics more than anything else.
why?
well, of course, if you ask me i'll answer with 'because i don't want to sit in the parliament', dpr in indonesian...
but mostly because it's just some fancy memorizing lesson... like, 'what's the good of democracy?'
to be honest, i just had the exam about democracy today...
and what's the good of democracy?
'so we can respect public participation, so we can respect equality, plurality, and freedom'
like that's gonna happen.
so at the end, kids are starting to hate this lesson... even in my father's age, he called it a 'doctrine'. of course, it was rougher at father's age because it's suharto's... and of course, they did it a whole lot tougher than now.
but you know what? the current civics lesson, don't have practically anything to do with the fact in this country.
but however, the government insists on putting this damn lesson...
why?
they're hoping they can fix this country... some rectors say it's crucial (huh?) to put this lesson on the curriculum..
because... they want children to be a good leader in the future...
but in fact, terrorists in indonesia comes from indonesia! so what the **** heck are they hoping to change in this country?
because children who studies civics, they look at the papers or tv or whatever whatever and all they see is 'corruption, colution, and nepotism'.
so at the end, people who are desperate to change THIS country...
say, me...
(sometimes if you hear chicken says 'i want to be a pres', it's not really a joke... but 'chicken doesn't want to be a pres' isn't, either...)
confusing? yes, this country!
so practically civics in indonesia is useless. just to piss children off.
(chicken not trying to insult civics teachers)
but for children, what they see is what they do.
corrupt leaders? don't think civics will be very useful for children.
because what you're doing now is practically what children will do as well, in the future...
gyahahahahhaa(wicked laugh)
or if you can't change the attitude erase that lesson and let children relax. at least, they don't have to study about how to be a good person while the bad ones are still ruling the country.
